  • Never will I evermore behold A girl as lovely and radiant as gold; A girl whose beauty is in abundance, And a girl to whom nature can once produce only; Who speaks softly and walks gracefully; To be recognized tenderly by every living Thing — the only beauty to hold this key; The only women to trod these paths with me - Is she She whose face is clad with brown Can turn every star in heaven around; And to bring each day to her presence, A glory of angels will open the heavens; And to every note that the angels have sung - Is to this women, full of kindness and so young. My darling - - my love is she; Every hope and dream that I could ever see Is a part of her-my heart-and my soul That burns with a passionate love so bold; She forevermore will I behold; She, a girl as lovely and radiant as gold.
