These bdbes of land are being afcd to lumber men and this forest region referred to is being rapidly agpiroaxaXX approached by them. Matter of roads could be one of slow development. Eventually roads would have to be built; over the Blue Ridge, or throu#i the valleys of the big rivers. Our object is to acquire it now and develop it later; the' cost now would be little.
