David Abercrombie to Horace Kephart, August 8, 1916

  • wcu_kephart-1658.jpg
  • In a letter to Horace Kephart on August 8, 1916, David T. Abercrombie praises Kephart for his publication “Camping and Woodcraft Volume 1” from “Outing”. Mr. Abercrombie suggests a Nova Scotia butter from New York as the best butter brand. He thanks Kephart for crediting him with the “insect proof” tents in his book since he designed and sold these to the U.S. and Canadian governments.
