  • Suffolk Sanatorium Holtsville, Long Island, N.Y., April 1, 1937 Dear Mama; I was glad to get some letters forwarded by Cornelia a little while ago and have some news of the family. The children are rapidly getting beyond my pen. I wish I could see you again this summer, but I dont see how it is going to be possible unless you come to New York. My chief work at Suffolk is with the children (although I work with grown people too), and of course the summer when the children are not in school is the time when I am particularly needed here. Also, we are not supposed to have a vacation until we have been here a year, and I came on the 4th of January, so I dont know exactly when I shall get mine. We have only two weeks, anyway. I probably could get it in November or December. If you could arrange to come to N.Y. for even a week-end, I have a good place for you to stay. I am moving Saturday.- to a real apartment.- It is at 512 W. 112nd St. (between Broadway and Amsterdam Ave.) Apt. 3A. It is what they call a 1 ½ room apartment- a small living room, a small
