Item’s are ‘child’ level descriptions to ‘parent’ objects, (e.g. one page of a whole book).

  • Of the old Va. houses I have seen. The famous Page house on the James River can’t compare with it. We went through the down stairs as the windows were broken so we could walk in. It is lovely beyond words and aristocratic to the last line. A porch is across the front and the second story projects over the front door something like this [drawing] balcony which incidentally had a railing. I don’t know how to draw it but this projecting front is in the middle of the house, a screened porch.
