  • somewhat cloudy and we had none. I hope you have not had any at home yet. Mr. Dickey shows me some new orders from the Postmaster General If you get them, which I presume you will keep them laid away safe till I get home. I had to answer Dickeys for him and he was pestered to understand them I was not well yesterday - felt like I was going to have a chill. but am quite well again today. Except Lauras card I have not had a word from home since I left. I presume you expected I would have been gone before a letter could reach me. I am so anxious to get home that “home sick” is no name for it. Give my love to Laura and Henry and Burdie, and receive mountains of it for yourself. May the Good Lord bless you my Dear one.
