  • 4th if you was here, you now now you couldent (sic) get to go home Mr Brient has ben (sic, been) trying to go home for seve -ral weeks and John Wright also they are going to try to go tomorrow and 5th camps is no place for Women if you was to come I would board you at a private house and if you was to start you might expect to be insulted all the way on the cars unless you had some man a long (sic) to protect you I want to see you verry (sic) bad if I could do so in the right way I will not give you a direct answer at present But will write to you again shortly and give you an answer If I cant get a furlow (sic) and the time comes when you can go home any time and I am satisfied that we will stay here I will be willing for you to come
