  • Board Container Board is another Champion produot. It is made from the strongest, toughest fibres, which have been subjected to the cooking process in the Pulp Mills, but which are not sufficiently oooked to yield readily to (he bleaching process. These fibres are screened from the unbleached pulp, mixed with pulp from the Sulphate Mill, the strongest and toughest pulp made, subjected to a special refining ami beating process, "sized," to make the produoi waterproof, and formed into a sheet of board on a machine of special design. The Waterprooi Ql fALITIBS of this board are tested at the machine, the operatives frequently making small boxes, which they fill with water; and it invariably happens that all the water will evaporate from these boxes, which lakes several days, without showing moisture through the sheet. Our Bending Test proves that our container board has a bending Quality superior to any other board on the market, and, on account of the quality of pulp used, the Strength Test is maintained well above the requirements, while the weight is kepi to the minimum point, insuring FULL YARDAGE to the consumer. We manufacture twinty-iive tons of "Tak-Miii" CONTAINER IIi>\ki> daily, and when making "Pisgah," a lower-test board, ron-walerprool, we make thirty tons daily.
