  • April 11, 1995 Western Carolinian Careers Resume Referral: A Computerized Matching Service Employers today are very concerned with efficiency and effectiveness in their recruiting efforts. Computer technology is one tool they are using to achieve the best results. The Career Services Office at Western Carolina University is using that same technology to link employers with graduating students. The Career Services Office maintains a computerized Resume Referral Service that is available to all graduating students and alumni free of charge. During the 1993-94 school year, 140 requests were made and nearly 1300 resumes were referred. Enrolling in the Resume Referral Service at WCU is simple. Stop by the Career Services Office, located in Room 80 McKee, and pick up a Resume Referral Service registration form. Check off the information that applies to you, sign the release statement, and leave it and a current resume in our office. When an employer calls to request resumes and your qualifications match those of the employer, your resume will be mailed or faxed to that employer. If the em ployer is interested in talking with you, you will be contacted to set up an interview. Accurate and current information about you is critical to the success of this service. If you plan to remain active in the service after you leave school, make sure that you stop by our office before r_ you leave campus and provide us with a resume that has a correct address and phone number. If you have questions about the Resume Referral Service, please come by the Career Services Office in Room 80 McKee or call us at 227-7133. Courtesy of the CAP Center. Ul ftMMM HJU "feMbX BM" Km A Inu-taf stand Uttim 1. Scooby and Shaggy were always being freaked out by ghosts and ghouls, but no one else saw them before Scooby and Shaggy. 2. Scooby and Shaggy always had the munchies. 3. Shaggy always thought Scooby was talking and was the only one who could hear him and understand him. 4. Scooby and Shaggy always fell into the trap that was intended for the monster because they were tripping over themselves and couldn't see where they were going. 5. They were always deluded and warped by thinking they were dressed up in some costumes and entertained the monster. 6. Shaggy always said "like" to the extreme, i.e. "like ZOIKS, Scoob, let's get outta here!!" What's a zoik? 7. Scooby and Shaggy were always the ones in the back of the van (doing who knows what). 8. They drove around in the MYSTERY MACHINE, which had that weird trippy design on its side. 9. Shaggy and Scooby were always giddy and laughing. 10. Look at Shaggy: the way he dressed, his goatee, etc.; 'nuff said. How To Handle The Crowd At Graduation.
