POUNSFORD The Fourth Annual Congress of The National Safety Council was held in the Bellevue Stratford Hotel in Philadelphia on October 19th, 20th and 21st. The organization of Safety Squads, through election by employees, was brought up. This is described under a separate heading and our elections will take place shortly. The requiring of men to know Safety Rules, both departmental and general, has. become almost, universal and we expect to attempt something along this line.
