Cub Pack To Have Picnic Monday Cub Pack 2 will hold a picnic meeting at the Canton high school athletic field Monday, August 13, at 7 p.m. This will be the regular August pack meeting and all cubs, parents and friends are invited. Boys that were former members of the pack are invited to come with their parents. Den mothers, Mrs. J. M. Alexander, Mrs. A. W. Bottoms and Mrs. Clarence Medford, will be in charge of the refreshments. Cubs and parents should contact them. "Sports" is the cub theme for August and the program will be in keeping with this theme. Cubmaster C. C. Poindexter will direct the program. There will be activities for both cubs and parents. The program will get under way at 7 p.m.. but those wishing to do so may come earlier.
