  • THE THOMAS J. WALTON STEAM PRINTING HOUSE, SALEM, OHIO. Apr. 13, 1900. Dr. Chase P. Ambler, Ashville, N. C. My rear sir:- I am in receipt of your favor of 10th. inst. ordering 20000 stickers, assorted colors, "Push the Appalachian etc." We will put same in type and will print at once and forward to you by express early coming week. The price shall be the same as on the last 20000 made you. Nothing new in Salem worthy of note except that we are having most confounded disagreeable weather. You can thank your stars that you are not here but down where they have a climate that blooms roses all the year around. Understand that Mr. and Mrs. John Vernon contemplate going to Ashville within the next few days. Thanking you for the order and with kind regards to Mrs. Ambler, I am, Respectfully yours,
