  • & bossy to endure. I think B. is really angelic. George keeps it all in & has to prop up Pauline, who is doing the best she knows. She is having the hardest time ever a woman had, & does not let anyone forget that & how nobly she is bearing her trouble. Poor George. It breaks my heart to see him. No power on Earth or in Heaven could drag a word of criticism from him. I have been going to law— or rather a lawyer- lately; have am having my will drawn. There won’t be anything except the jewelry, furniture etc. left. That is valuable; if I don’t have to pawn it before I default. Also I want to be cremated & the way to ensure that without controversy is to so will it. I want M. to have the use of the furniture etc. during her life or as long as she wants it. Then it is to go to my grand-daughter.
