Terrell, Dear Sir, I received a letter from Sallie yesterday, saying that Mr. Campbell, Real Estate agent of Asheville, thought he had an opportunity to sell our land on Tenn. river. Please write me when Mr. Ferguson will have the map complete, if you have given him the necessary directions &c. I want to take the map & papers and go to Asheville myself when Campbells man comes for “sundry weighty reasons,” which I will explain when I see you next Please let me hear from you by return mail.
