On leaving Knoxville, drive to Tremont via Maryville, Highway No. 33 and Kinzel Springs, Highway No. 73, turning to the right at the Industrial School camp above Townsend. Cars will be parked at a C. C. C. Camp on Lynn Camp Prong, three miles beyond Tremont. We will follow a "Three C" trail to the top of Blanket Mountain, on which there is a 35 foot pole look-out tower used by the Park Service. This will give us a birds'-eye view of 90,000 acres of park area and 40 miles of the State 42
