In event No. 107 is put under construction. No. 112 will be opened to traffic. No. 107 from Cherokee to near Smoke- mont: liuler construction. It is open to travel but has short, passable detours. No. 107 from near Smokemont to Newfound Gap: Asphalt surface. From gap to intersection No. 7.i: Surfaced with crushed stone. From intersection No. 73 to Maryville: Hardsurfaced. Maryville to Deal's Gap and Robbinsville: Crushed stone surface. Robbinsville to Topton and Asheville: Hardsurfaced.
