Love to his execut ors, have been treated in tull in t he 1.nalysis of Title to the Sidney Nelson traot 1 beginning at peee one of t his abstraot, the same \vill not be re- TJI, 7 peated herein, but may be seen by reference to the Sidney Nelson title. 2~ The first transfer to be considered herein is a deed from the Executors of Jas. R. Love to J. H. Woody, con­veying fifty acres, am reserving one-half the mineral interest, with mining privileges. This deed 1s signed by only t wo of the four Executors named t r1erein and is acknowledged by the subscribing wit­ness. This defect in the execution or the deed, we t hink, is cured by a subseqmnt agreement and consent judgment in the case of Henry et al vs. Hi l liard at al. See pages 41 t o 45 of this Ab trtraot. ~lr. 7 The a bove deed is of recorda in Haywood County. See Page i.'-1:-- ot this .Abstract. 3. J. H.
