From 4:00 PM on Friday to 8:00 PM on Sundays on football game weekends only, you may park in the following parking lots: The white spaces at Reid gym The white spaces behind the university center The white spaces behind the baptist church The white spaces near the bookstore The upper Harrill lot You may not park in the yellow spaces in the academic area, the Methodist church lot, or the resident spaces at the dormitories, or other commuter lots not designated here. You must move your car back to the overflow lots by 8:00 PM on Sunday. Citations will be issued after that time. Tools provided; bring work gloves. Meet 9am Westgate. Hike/work 6 mile, drive 70. Leader Nick Stefanou (704) 685-3881(h). 8/12 - CHUNKY GAL (Name of a Mountain) - A first-class look at a proposed strikingly beautiful wilderness addition in the southern Nantahala in the Franklin NC area, partly on the AT. Explore White Oak Stamp with its massive virgin trees. See many other old growth red and white oaks. Moderate. Round trip mileages: hike ten, drive about 200. Meet in Asheville at Westgate Shopping Center at 8:30am. Then we'll join our leader at 10am in Franklin on US 64 at Burger King in Westgate Plaza Shopping Center, reached by taking Roller Mill Road exit and crossing under US 64. This exit on US 64 is one mile west of US 23/441 exit leading to Atlanta and Clayton. Topo: Rainbow Springs.
