FROM "<-»WT PAGE While any blaze poses potential danger, none of the residents were in immediate danger in this situation. Luckily, the fire was detected before smoke could become a real danger, Baxley concluded The Harrill fire is under investigation by WCU camps police and the State Bureau of Investigation. Gene McAbee, Director of WCU Traffic and Security, was unable to release any of the details of the investigation's findings to date. According to Randy Rice, WCU Housing Director, "There appears to be no structural damage, other than to the lobby's ceiling tiles and grids." The actual dolar value of damage caused by the fire is still being evaluated by WCU officials. Black Parents Weekend KIM MORRIS VICE-PRESIDENT O.E.S. The annual activity for Black Parents Weekend will be held November 14-16,1986. This year's theme is "Blacks in the Working World." The weekend will consist of many planned activities and everyone is encouraged to attend. Many thanks to all those who helped make this weekend possible.
