Registration materials for the 1982 spring semester have been issued. Included in the registration packet are your Permit to Register with your assigned registration appointment time between November 10 and 12. Step one is to read the contents of the package, then make an appointment with your advisor to work out a schedule of classes. You must get your advisor's signature on your Permit to Register. Students who fail to see an advisor will be delayed in registration and signed permits will be checked. The advisor-signed permit is a must for entrance to the Grandroom of the University Center to complete registration. Keep the Permit to Register until it is taken at the final check station and remember, if it is lost, duplicates will not be issued until the afternoon of January 18. Fee statements for spring semester tuition and instuctions for payment will be mailed to students' home addresses after November 17. Although there is a choice of when payment is made, if you decide not to return for spring term you should notify the Registrar's Office before January 18 to avoid problems. Of course, those who are inclined to the time- honored student traits of perserverance, cunning and craftiness may wait for the regular registration the third Monday in January (18) and face the challenge.
