The object of the club is to give members lower rates for flying than regular. Students, faculty and other community members are welcomed. Flight training will be offerred locally. Valentime Casino On Valentine's Day, the University Center Board will sponsor a Casino Night from 8 p.m. until midnight. Players can purchase money, with which they may play poker, blackjack, craps, and roulette. Players with winnings at the end may use them to bid in an auction, with over $75 worth of prizes. Also, there will be a bar and a stage show. Proper attire will be required for this classy night. Proceeds from the night will go to a local charity. Sierra hike A hike to delight nature lovers is scheduled by the Western North Carolina Group of Sierra Club on Feb. 22 to Green River Cove and Holbert Cove. It will be led by well-known Hendersonville botanist Harry Logan, and there will be short walks and frequent stops to examine interesting spots and observe unusual rare plants, including Monterey Cyprus and Chinaberry trees.
