Cutler of Boston has given'me your mutt as one who would probably be interested in the movement toward the establishment cf an Appalachian National 'Pnvk in the -Southern Appalachian mountains. Under separate cover we are mailing you printed mutter which, covers practically what we have accomplished irp to this time, 1 also enclose you type written copy of what we have recently accomplished in the way of securing legislation in the different states interested.
