Accordance With PUBLIC LAWS OF 1929 Resolution No. 25 Section 1 (a) The number of acres of land included in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, which now lie in the County of Swain: 168,416.85 acres. (b) The total number of acres in the County of Swain: 347,243 acres, approximately. (c) Taxable value of the total acreage of Swain County included in said National Park (for the year 1928) : $1,789,883.00. (d) The amount of valid outstanding bonded indebtedness of the County of Swain: 1928—$1,395,500.00. June 30, 1930—$1,516,500.00. (e) Any township or district bonded indebtedness upon said lands so included in said National Park: 1928 Outstanding Bonds, Charleston Township None Special 1928 Outstanding Bonds, Oconalufty Township None Special 1928 Outstanding Bonds, Forney Township $240,000.00 1930 Outstanding Bonds, Charleston Township None Special 1930 Outstanding Bonds, Oconalufty Township None Special 1930 Outstanding Bonds, Forney Township +____.$240,000.00 (f) The proportionate total tax value, according to the tax list of nineteen hundred and twenty-eight, included in the said National Park compared with the total of such value for the County at large: Total for County at large $7,894,227.00 Total for park area 1,789,883.00 I, Ellis Burnette, being Register of Deeds of Swain County, North Carolina, do hereby certify that the above figures, insofar as they pertain to the records in my office, are correct.
