June 2, 1950 Dear children - Will you please give the enclosed to the correct person where she is. I could send it to her home to be delivered, but knowing the extra confusion & excitement there, it seems safer to trust it to you. I remember to clearly the [crossed-out word] at 111 Ferris Pl. 30 years ago yesterday. It is probable there won’t be the groom’s mother under foot keeping “the apple cart upset,”
Object
Object’s are ‘parent’ level descriptions to ‘children’ items, (e.g. a book with pages).
-
In this letter of June 2, 1950, Laura Kephart writes to her children to send something to the soon-to-be bride. She recalls Barbara getting married 30 years prior and updates them on Barbara’s medical issue. She ends by asking “What is the news from Leonard?”
