Jay Ward to Horace Kephart, December 13, 1929

In a letter to Horace Kephart on December 13, 1929, Jay Ward, sales manager for Tate Mountain Estates, sends Kephart an issue of “City Builder” which includes an article on Colonel Tate, (Samuel Tate, 1860-1938) who built the historic Tate House of pink marble in Tate, Georgia.

The article in this issue about Colonel Tate is very similiar to the one I gave you from the Macon Telegraph. I believe it is by the same writer.
