  • 08/29 Officers are investigating a student receiving harassing phone calls. Officers are investigated a student causing a disturbance and making threats at the One Stop in the Kilian Annex. Officers are investigating the fraudulent use of an employee's credit card. Officers assisted a Jackson County Deputy with a juvenile who was driving a vehicle. The police department receivedatroublealarmfromtheStilwell building and Facilities Management was advised. Officers responding to a fire alarm at Central Hall believe it was possibly caused by water problems. Facilities Management was notified. Officers responding to the report of a fight at Norton Hall found it was only verbal and involved both a male and a female non-student who where visiting a WCU student. The male was transported off campus. 08/30 Officers responding to a fire alarm at Central Hall found it was a water flow problem and notified Facilities Management. Officers are investigating a report of vandalism in a bathroom on the 4th floor of Leatherwood Hall involving graffi 08/31 Officers investigated a traffic accident involving a CatTran bus hitting the retaining wall on Joyner Drive during a heavy rai damage only, no injurie Officers issued a UJC to a student for having marijuana in their Vehicle at the Fieldhouse parking lot. Officers investigating are someone breaking the north end stairwell window between 1st and 2nd floors in Leatherwood Hall. 09/01 Officers responded to the report of a disturbance in Scott Hall that involved a student knocking on a door for an excessive amount of time. Officers escorted the male student from the building without incident. 09/02 Officers assisted Deputies with a reported loud party and possible fight at Catamount Peeks. 09/05 Officers are _ investigating the theft of a TV from a Kitchen in Norton Hall. 09/06 Officers responded to Buchanan Hall_ involving a male student and a female student involved in a dispute. No charges were filed and both students went to their own rooms, Officers served a student with three felony warrants from Georgia then transported him to the Jackson County Magistrate where he was A male student reported receiving harassment from a female on-student. He will call the police if any more problems arise, 09/07 Officers responding to a fire alarm at the Fine and Performing Arts Center found it was activated by students ironing costumes, Officers observed fireworks being thrown from a 4th floor window in Scott towards students who were sitting in the smoking area. Officers searched but did not find anyone. 09/09 Officers issued one student a UJC for underage Possession/consumption of alcohol and hosting a beer-pong party in hi room at Leatherwood. Four otf students received | UJCs__ for participating in a drinking game and underage consumption of alcoho. 09/10 Officers responded to an intoxicated female in the creek at the Village. The feriale was transported to Jackson Detention Center for an assist until sober and received a UJC for underage consumption of alcohol. Officers assisted EMS with @ unconscious female in Helder Hall. The student was transported to Harris, Regional Hospital by WestCare. 92 Officers are investigating an apparently intoxicated male entered a female students room and urinated on furniture. Officers responding to a fire alarm at the Vilage found it was caused by Housekeepers cleaning with hot water. Officers attempted to initiate | a traffic stop involving a black Dodge Ram truck regarding suspicion of driving under the influence. The Vehicle refused to stop trying to elude arrest by driving up Wayahutta Road where officers lost site of the vehicle. 09/15 Employee's report a coffee maker was taken from inside a room on 2nd floor Mckee. 0916 An intoxicated disruptive female student was removed from the football game. 09/18 Employees report the theft of a floor mat from the lobby of Brown Cafeteria.
