They earned a trip to the big dance. While the NCAA Tournament selection show is on Sunday, March 13, the Lady Cats will prob- ably end up with a sixteenth seed in the tournament. If they are lucky and a number of upsets are sprung in the Conference Tour- naments, then they could end up with a fifteenth seed at best. While there are a number of possible opponents that WCU could end up facing, these are the 3 most likely opponents: 1. Coach Kellie Harper won three national championships while playing for the University of Tennessee and Coach Pat Summitt. Summitt is one of the greatest coaches of all-time (ranked 4th on ESPNs Top 10 List, after John Wooden, Dean Smith, and Coach K), and no doubt was one of the biggest influences if not the biggest influ- ence on Coach Harpers coaching style.
