Okay, maybe Tony wouldn't say that, but in my opinion, Raw was incredible. Shane McMahon came out with his newly merged Corporate Ministry and told his family (all the McMahon's were there Monday) that he was the one who masterminded the abduction of Stephanie in order to gain power. Vince snapped and accepted a match with his son later that evening. Even though The Ministry roughed Vinnie-Mac up prior to the match, Vince still came out to apply a picture perfect Stone Cold Stunner for the victory. Shane also booked Stone Cold to face The Rock in a Lumberjack match with The Corporation as the Lumberjacks. Predictably, The Corp interfered from the get-go and proceeded to punk Austin and The Rock. Vince came out backed by not only The Union (Mankind's newest group consisting of himself, Paul Wight, Shamrock, and Test that he called UP YOURS — Union of People You OUght to ReSpect), but by the rest of the World Wrestling Federation. I'm talking DX, Al Snow, The Brood, The Godfather, "Softcore" Holly, among others. Raw concluded with Austin and The Rock being thrown from the entrance way into a few tables by Triple H and the Undertaker. I hate to say it, but I really didn't pay much attention to Nitro Monday night. However, I did get the general idea of the show. WCW has no idea what the fans want. I usually don't get all opinionated like this about professional wrestling, but I'm drawing the line. Kevin Nash is booking all the matches. He's not doing a bad job and he is getting better, but needs just a bit more work. Is it just me or does anyone really care about Rowdy Roddy Piper? Sure, he's funny at times, but the man has not made sense in about ten years. And does it make any sense to make Rey Mysterio Jr. The Cruiserweight champ again. Sure, I like 2-Gold-Latino as much as the next guy, but the CW belt should be used to put wrestlers like Psychosis or Blitzkrieg over, not to decorate the waist of one person forever. I also got three words for Konnan and Scott Steiner..."Get New Material!" Okay, now that's out of my system, let's get to WCW. Basically, there was a lot of build-up to Slamboree this Sunday and the rest of the card was decided. Nash will take one DDP for the World Title. I'm thinking Nash may come out with the gold, but if he does, he won't keep it for long. Look for Gorgeous George to take out Referee Charles Robinson (yes, this is a match) to reinstate Savage. Piper's going to take out Flair, Goldberg will win over Sting, "Gonnad" will beat Stevie Ray, and the Horsemen will be the new Tag Champs.
