  • ISO, by La ban EEber She was not sure but Sarah thought that once when she was about ten years old, her mother had tried to slit her own wrists with shards of a glass which had been broken at her sister Anna's birthday party. Sarah, as she reclined in the worn seat of her Fiesta, tried to focus in more clearly on that day which had been misted over by all her other childhood days. Sarah shifted uncomfortably In her seat. She knew she was being unfair. Her parents knew how to love; they just got muddled somehow. Like most people. Sarah knew what her mother would say about such a subject. To her mother, everything ambiguous was due to sin in the world. Sarah's mind drifted to the last time she and Anthony had gone to Atlanta. They had been sitting In the living room with her brother and her mother talking.
