(Photos by Mark Haskett) Last week's snowstorm that gave the southeast a healthy dose of winter caused postponement of the Tennessee Invitational Indoor Track Meet in Knoxville Jan. 21. Western Carolina University's indoor track team was to have participated in the meet. Officials do not know if or when the meet will be rescheduled, but the Cats will be on their way to Knoxville soon anyway. A second Tennessee Invitational will be held Feb. 4 in Knoxville and the Cats will be there for the first action of the season. The Cat Tracksters are coached by Don Millwood. Students are reminded to keep the following intramural dates in mind: For week of: Jan.31st - Feb. 3rd: Basketball begins on Mon. -Jan. 31st at 4:00 in Reid upper gyms and Breese gym. (Pick up basketball schedules on Thurs. -Jan. 27th at Intramural Office #14. Mens 4-Wall Racquet ball "Singles" on Lues.- Feb • 1st at 6:30 in 4-Wall Handball Courts. (Equipment furnished, come prepared to play). Womens Table Tennis "Singles"at 7:00 p.m. in Reid Dance Studio. Wed. - Feb. 2nd (Sorority) and Thurs. - FeJk 3rd (Independents).
