  • TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 1976 Students for Carter will hold an organizational meeting Tuesday, February 24 at 4 pm in Room 10 McKee. All interested in Carter for President Campaign please attend. Alpha Phi Omega is sponsoring a Rock-a-thon in Sylva, NC beginning this Friday and ending at 2 pm Sunday afternoon. Two people will be in rocking chairs for 48 hours to raise money for the Special Olympics. The ultimate goal of the Special Olympics program is to create opportunities for sports training and athletic competition for all retarded children. Tax deductible donations may be sent to the Special Olympics Fund, in care of Alpha Phi Omega, Box 465, Cullowhee. We need the support of the people from WCU and Jackson County.
