  • I did not think to look up the Hathaways, but will do that next. It should be interesting. I copied out a good deal of the Hoar record, as well as some of the Ferris, but it is all in pencil and should be typed. Can you suggest how we might get it done? If we could have one typewritten record, we could have photolithographic copies made for very little, and each one of us could have several copies. I think the original typewritten record should be on good stout paper so it will keep. Didn’t you say you had sent your typewriter to Cornelia? Perhaps she will do it. I thought if we could get it done in twice, I would try to have copies made and have some bound to send around to the family for Christmas presents. I dont know how much it will cost, though, and it might be too much. I looked up the Fisks. There is a large volume about the family, but I could not find any- thing about Nannie’s mother, who was Lucy Fisk, nor of her sister Aunt Matilda. They weren’t mentioned. Do you know her father’s name and where she came from? The only record of the Kepharts is in the Biographies of Grandpa Kephart and of uncle E.B., which
