I think the matter is now In such Shape that we are assured of money with. Copyrighted Material WhiOh tO COfflplete lt» Western Carolina University Hunter Library I had an amendment prepared fOr the Public Works Bill, with am le voting strength In the Cosalttee, to put it in the bill when Mr, Douglas assured us it would be taken care of under the Reforestation Act, I shall consult farther with Mr. Dou^Htf and if it is sot entirely satisfactory, I expect to ask the senate to attach an amendment such as has been accepted by the Hatioaal Park service.
