Messer, about 1926; original cost $1,000; present value $100. One-story, 5 rooms. Exterior and interior walls and floors, wood; metal (good) roof. Interior finish, walls, floors, ceilings, wood. Water from spring, no electricity, no sewer. Structural condition good; mechanical condition fair. No hydrant; spring 50 feet distant.
