Officers cited a female student for a stop sign violation, driving on a sidewalk and crossing the center line. 2:00 A.M. Officers pursued. a vehicle seen driving recklessly from campus to the end of Moses Creek.. The. driver. ran, but later was captured after he fell and broke his leg. A female passenger suffered a broken nose from interior impact ' fu the suspects car from the bumpy road: The suspect and the passenger are not connected with the University. March 23,.2004: 30-P.M. A female student reported-a-non-student male was stalking her. WCU officers notified the assistant district - attorney anda pick-up order was issued for the suspect. The suspect is also banned from campus. The suspect had _ violated a magistrates order in another county and the victim was advised to contact the magistrate in that county. Officers responded with the student EMS-to-a report: of an ill student due to alcohol overdose: The student _was alertand oriented but requested to be transported to the hospital for evatuation. A female student reported that a male student who was warned to have no contact with her made a remark .to-her.in passing. -6:15-P.M: An officer on: patrol noticed:a driverless vehicle in the middle of Centennial Drive. Upon investigation, the vehicle was found tocked and not running. Apparently the vehicle had rolled into the street. The owner was located and the vehicle was moved. DRIVEWAY WITH YOUR PILLS AND AMMUNITION LAID OUT FOR ALL TO SEE. PARKING YOUR CAR TO BLOCK A SAYING HELLO TO SOMEONE THE COPS March 11; 2004: WARNED YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM. 5:20 P.M. During residential living safety checks a number of state road signs, traffic cones and a flashing light were found and confiscated. The items were found in various locations. WALKING INTO A TURNING CAR. March 9, 2004; 5:10 P.M. During safety checks, residential staff found a metal sign and paraphernalia. The listed residents of the _rooms were referred to Judicial Affairs. TRYING TO PRACTICE SENDING TELEPATHIC MESSAGES AND GETTING THE COPS CALLED ON YOU FOR March 6, 2004: STARING AT SOMEONE. 2:15 A.M. Officers responded to a noise complaint at Albright where students were throwing bottles from windows. | Officers identified two students involved and referred them to Judicial Affairs. BREAKING YOUR LEG AND YOUR GIRLFRIENDS NOSE WHILE RUNNING FROM THE COPS. March 5; 2004: 6:05 P.M. Residential Living staff reported that they had found several articles of paraphernalia, marijuana, and stolen "property during health and safety checks. Officers recorded the property and names of the residents, confiscated the _property, and referred 8 students to Judicial Affairs for. the. violations. 9: 00 P.M. During the Monster Truck Show at: Ramsey, a male student fell from the landing near the southwest entrance to the sidewalk beside the ice rink. WCU EMS and WestCare responded and transported the victim to Harris Regional _and then on to Mission St. Josephs. Alcohol was involved.
