Riley, a chemistry major from Otto, North Carolina, who worked at the Southeast Laboratory of the Drug Enforcement Administration in Miami, Florida. As a student Trainee and Technical Assistant John was able to become familiar with various equipment such as the ultraviolet and infrared spectrophotometry and various drug techniques including extraction, spot testing, thin-layer chromatography and microcrystalline examination. John enjoyed his Co-op experience and plans to return to the Drug Enforcement Administration for the summer term. Good Luckfrom the Co-op staff.
