I Automatic disqualification Visitation case M p i ing to John Marshall and with tiding a woman, freshman Cyn-' thia Lt Wjod, in entering their room in Albright under una i thorUed condition.-.. William Cray Lundy and Robert Rogers pleaded guilty to aiding the worn m to enter the dorm but Innocent to charges of lying to Marsha'L Frank Gibson, charged in the sim. incident, wa> net present at the he-sring. Again Attorney Gener"! Hj.r- ling represented kVin Marsha'! and presented to the court a; evidence a referral written No. vember 4 tor an inlderi October 23. In the referrai, Marsha'l ailedged that Lundy, Rogers and Gibson were !n room 134, Albright, when RA Steve Harris heard a woman's voice coming from that room. Harris then, wrote Marshall, came and got him to investigate. When Marshall knocked at the door, he said, he was told that there was no woman present and he indeed saw no woman because she was hidden in the closet. Marshall then reported that Lundy refused to give the girl's name until he was told that if the girl had no University LD. she would be taken to the Sylva authorities. Marshall then said that Lundy gave false names for the other two men in the room, which one of the men involved later confessed to him. On the stand, Lundy pleaded innocent to the lying charge and said that he only asked Marshall if the girl's name could be left out of it. When Marshall told him that the girl would "spend the night in jail'" if she couldn't produce an LD., she did produce it, said Lundy. Lundy further testified that he and Frank Gibson were called out in the hall to discuss the matter and that Gibson gave Marshall a false name for him self and the other man still in the room, Robert Rogers. Rogers testified that this was. true and that Lundy came back into the room and told him what Gibson had said, at which time Rogers reported his true name to Marshall. Gibson was not present at the trial. Miss Wood pleaded guilty to the charge of entering a man's hall under unauthorized circumstances, All persons tried will be notified of the court's decisions by Thursday of this week. if you leave the water. 5.
