The Bulldogs held a 1 point, 29- 19, lead with three minutes left ir the first half. Coach Jack McCom- as sent in Kim Buchanan, ex-N.C. State player who joined the squad only yesterday after Army service. and the 6-8 forward dropped in eight straight points to give the locals a 28-19 halftime margin.
