I thank you for copies of the "story". Within the next two or three weeks,it ought to appear in a great many papers. In a letter dated yesterday, I wrote you that it seems unwise to publish the Memorial & Petition until the Bills are presented. In regard to transportation: This is a matter I will have to confer with our people about and write you again.
