  • PAGE 5 Senate News Bulletin On September 11,1985 Western Carolina's Student Senate was called to order by its President Cliff Clark, at 5:00pm in the Catamount room of the University Center. First order of business taken care of was the approval of dorm elections results. Sigma Phi Epsilon has quite a few non-drinkers, and according to its Social Chairman, Joey Wyte, the fraternity recognized the need for a sponsor because of the expense of soft drinks.
