  • 10/3-10/4 Simple Affray - FPAC - An incident between two students was reported. Report sent to Judicial Affairs. Larceny - Walker Hall - Two tables were reported missing from the lobby area. Drug Violation - Benton Hall - A student was issued a Judicial Affairs Referral for _ possession of marijuana. Alcohol Violation - Benton Hall _-A student was issued _a Judicial Affairs referral for ~ possessing alcohol while underage. Fight and Injury - Off Campus Incident - A student _ injured off campus came to - Campus and requested medical assistance. A report was forwarded to Judicial Affairs. 10/5-10/7 Traffic Crash - E University _ Way - Two vehicles were involved. Three people were treated at Harris Regional hospital. One vehicle operator was issued state _ citations for failure to secure a child in a child restraint system, revoked registration plate, and failure to secure vehicle insurance. Death of a Student - Off Campus - A deputy requested a WCU officer to assist. Counseling Services was contacted to assist another student. Traffic Crash - E University Way - One vehicle was involved and nobody was injured. Traffic Crash report - Officers were informed of a possible hit and run with property damage only. Larceny - Football Stadium - A student reported that his keys were stolen. Alcohol Violations - Scott Hall - A student was arrested for underage consumption and for being intoxicated and disruptive. Vandalism - Lower Helder Lot - A student reported a vehicle window broken out. Suspicious Female reported - Buchanan area - Intoxicated student was issued a Judicial Affairs Referral for being intoxicated in public and possession of a weapon/knife on educational property. 10/8-10/10 Traffic Crash - Killian Bld Lane/ Memorial Dr. - A report was filed that a student ina vehicle hit accidentally hit a student pedestrian. There were no serious injuries. Alcohol Violation - Hunter Library - A student was issued a Judicial Affairs Referral for drinking alcohol in the library. Arrest - Campus - A student was arrested for driving while impaired, possession of a handgun on campus property and possession of a stun gun. Burglary and Larceny - Walker A Lot - A student reported that somebody entered his vehicle and took a face plate from a CD player. marijuana.
