"I think it is more difficult to be a campus officer than it is to be a city police officer or county sheriff. A campus ... Gene McAbee officer should be of higher quality, with education, experience and training. "The clientele that they have to serve is more demanding. A campus police officer automatically receives the respect that he or she deserves. It really doesn't have a social status as a city police officer or sheriff. So the officers are emotionally stable and self-confident so they can handle verbal abuse and direct criticism "Compare the work to the city police officer. A city officer does not cover much ground. A person will make the same offense over and over. In college, the student who has been arrested is more likely to learn a lesson from the criminal justice system and correct his or her behavior as they go on and lead a productive life." Photo by ASB GENE McABEE "Tattoo" from re 6 desires for a bit of permanence. "A tattoo marks a time and a place," David states. It reminds you who you were. "I'm looking to be real busy in the next ten years," he predicts. The outcome of this trend is obviously going to be reality of a whole bunch of tattooed grandmas and grandpas about fifty years down the road. Somewhere down the road as well, David Breedlove hopes to be able to support himself solely by his art. "I've not had a dissatisfied customer yet," hestates.
