TODAY Many wood stoves on the market these days try to put some pizzazz in your decor as they try to take the chill out. With chrome whajits. Ornamental rick-rack. And fancy embossed patterns. Fortunately, we've got a simple alternative. A Fisher Stove. You see. a Fisher Stove has a number of patented design features that make it unlike any other wood stove. Every Fisher Stove is constructed from heavy plate steel and carefully welded to make it virtually airtight. (So it's more fuel efficient.) Each has exclusive spin draft controls that let you regulate the amount of heat it puts out. And each has a two-step combustion chamber that actually recirculates wood gases back into the flames for more efficient heating. Come on in and look into a Fisher for yourself You won't be dazzled by a lot of fancy doodads. But then, you won't be paying for them, either. 5 MODELS IN STOCK NOW m . The founders sought to form a fraternity "to promote brotherly love and kind feelings." On March 1,1868, just three years after the end of the Civil War, Pi Kappa Alpha became a formal organization. Pi Kappa Alpha became an integral part of the fraternity system of WCU in 1966 when it was initially founded as Sigma Phi Kappa. This chapter was incorporated into the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity as the local colony. After a year of organization, evolution, and hard work, Sigma Phi Kappa was accepted and intiated into the National Organization on February 12 1967. 1978 marks Zeta Xi Chapter's eleventh year on the WCU campus. Each brother of Pi Kappa Alpha has certain responsibilities. The most important of these is as a student towards his own career goals and studies. The second responsibility is to his family. The fraternity, although very important, should never come before these two responsibilities. Within the fraternal framework, each man can use his energies, talents, and leadership abilities to work for the promotion of brotherhood and social atmosphere. Through the fraternity and the university we learn to live and work with others. These can be valuable experiences in the working world. All interested men should contact Ronnie Dedmon or Bobby Street at 293-9990. 586-2816 SHOW TIMES MON.-SAT. 7&9 SUN. 2:30-8:00 Shows: Nov. 10-16 What we have here is a total lack of respect for the law!"
