Beulah Land

Drag queen Beulah Land is on the Bridge Park stage in downtown Sylva, North Carolina wearing a sash reading “Votes for Women.” She is host of the drag show that took place during the day long Sylva Pride Festival. Sylva Pride was founded in 2021 and hosted its second annual Pride Festival September 10, 2022. Along with the drag show, the festival included a Pride Parade, live music, T-shirt printing, a Listening Booth, and many local vendors. Sylva Pride is dedicated to celebrating and uplifting the experiences of our LGBTQ community throughout western North Carolina.
