In a letter to Horace Kephart on January 5, 1925, Representative Zebulon Weaver responds to Kephart thanking him for the information regarding the establishment of a national park in the Great Smoky Mountains. Congressman Weaver expresses uncertainty when the hearings will occur, but requests Kephart’s attendance.
