If it's hard to choose between them, you'll love these cup cakes — a combination of both! Simply add cocoa to some of the batter made from Flako Cup Cake Mix, spoon it over the plain batter and bake. Do the same with the white frosting, and you'll have chocolate topknots gracing each small cake. You'll love them — no matter which flavor you favor! DOUBLE-DELIGHT CUP CAKES Makes 16 medium-sized COp Cakes: Frosting: One 113/4-oz. pkg. Flako Vt cup butter or margarine Cup Cake Mix 2 cups sifted confectioners 1 egg sugar Vz cup milk 3 tablespoons milk 2 tablespoons cocoa 3 tablespoons cocoa 1 tablespoon water 1 tablespoon water Heat oven to moderate (350°F.). Line muffin cups with paper baking cups or grease and flour them. Empty cup cake mix into a bowl. Add egg and V* cup milk. Beat one minute. Add remaining milk; beat one minute. (If using mixer, beat at low speed.) Fill prepared muffin cups Va full, reserving 1 cup batter. Combine reserved batter, cocoa and water; mix well. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto batter in baking cups, filling cups V2 full. Bake in preheated oven (350°F.) 20 to 25 minutes. Cool. For frosting, beat together butter, sugar and milk until creamy. Frost cooled cup cakes, reserving Vi cup frosting. Combine reserved frosting and cocoa. Blend in water. Top each frosted cup cake with a dollop of chocolate frosting.
