HENDERSON CLUB Among the recent organizations on the campus is a Henderson County i lab composed of eleven members. 1 ne following officers nave been eiec- ed for the year: President, r'reno Dockings, Fletcher; Vice-Presmen., ttaiph (.■oforth; Secreta.y, Eana on- lard; and Reporter, Gladys Blytne. Other members of the club are: Mary Reese, Opal Pryor, John Searcy, Kaily Pryor. Carroll Sorrells, Hubert .In ice, and George Lewis. Additional members are expected during the spring quarter. A program to be presented in the near future is being planned by members of the club. In this program. feature* relating to the historic! development and progress of the county are to be given. Every member, as well as visitors, is urged to attend regularly. Baptist: The B. Y. P. U. meets every Sunday nignt at 0:30 at the Baptist church and followed by preaching service at 8:00. New officers are to be elected at the next meeting. Presbyterian: On March 19 the Presbyterian Sunday School class elected new officers lor the Spring Quarter. Thev are: .1 Franklin Smith, President. Three said that there were too many organizations on the campus. Three suggested better kept grounds and buildings. One a beb.er registration .ystem. Eleven listed a more friendly atmosphere on the campus. Fiv. suggested a better spirit of co-operation between the faculty and stu- den l. Last but not least one suggested an improved route to Sylva.
