  • jjef>. /? WAR DEPARTMENT NATIONAL BOARD FOR THE PROMOTION OF RIFLE PRACTICE 1108 WOODWARD BUILDING WASHINGTON $10,000 IN CASH |2,500 of which must go to Tyros. That is the approximate amount of money to be distributed in cash prizes at Camp Perry this year. A minimum of one fourth of all cash and medals is required, by the regulation, to go to Tyros. Actually more than that amount finds its way into the pockets of men attending the matches for the first time, because over 50% of all competitors in Camp are there on their first trip. With the greatly reduced fares, explained in the attached circular, made possible through the efforts of the National Rifle Association this means that about twelve hundred Americans interested in rifle and pistol shooting will put in the least expensive and most enjoyable vacation period of their lives at Camp Perrj between September 1st and 27th. Going? Then read the attached directions carefully! If you want further information ask for it. F. H. Phillips, Jr., Executive Officer.
