Pack Square, the killing of Kaiser Bill. WWI demonstration
-
"Kaiser Bill" was the Kaiser of Germany during the World War I and accused of starting the conflict. Here, locals protest at Pack Square. The square was named after George W. Pack who gave money to the old public library, Vance Monument and donated land for the expansion of the square.
