Your interest and influence on behalf of the effort to obtain through Congress the establishment of a National Park in the Southern Appalachian mountains is most earnestly and urgently requested. Your interest can be shown and your influence brought to bear in two ways. First.--By a contribution in money. Second.--By inducing your friends and acquaintances to join the Association and work for its objects, securing signatures to petitions and presenting them through your Congressman. We heartily endorse the movement and will appreciate any assistance you can give. The slip hereto attached is for your convenience in remitting cash or in requesting blank forms to be mailed you for use among your friends.
